• Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date you receive your order.

• The product must be in its original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact.

• To initiate a return, you must contact us at [email protected] with your order number and a brief explanation of why you wish to return the product.

2. Refund Process

• Once we receive the returned product and confirm its condition, we will process the refund via cash on delivery (COD).

• Shipping charges are non-refundable. If your order was delivered with free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

3. Non-returnable Items

Items that are damaged, used, or altered after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

4. Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund.
